On September 27th, 2024, Deniz Gök successfully defended his doctoral thesis entitled ‘Thermal remote sensing of glacial landscape dynamics ’ at the Freie Universität in Berlin.
Deniz worked in section 3.3, with Prof. Dr. Scherler and other scientists, on the ERC-funded project Climate sensitivity of glacial landscape dynamics - COLD.
