We are pleased to welcome Dr. Emily Stevenson as a new postdoctoral researcher in Section 3.3 as of March 15th. Emily joins us from the University of Cambridge where her research into chemical weathering has taken her around the world to quantify the reactions that take place at the Earths Surface that act to release (or remove) inorganic carbon to the atmosphere. Having worked in remote Arctic rivers from Greenland and Svalbard to some of the world's largest rivers in India and Myanmar, Emily now wants to use stable isotopes to find out how both physical and chemical erosion affect the inorganic carbon budget in the Western Himalayas.
