Research Interests:
I am interested in active fault systems at plate boundaries. Based on Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and Satellite-Radar Interferometric (InSAR) time-series I try to understand fault kinematics and shed light on the driving forces of crustal deformation. I am also interested in anthropogenic or climate-driven surface deformation processes, such as subsidence due to groundwater depletion, landslides, rain-induced seismicity, and signals rooting in relaxation of the upper mantle, for example, isostasy or slab break-off.
