TEM, high-resolution TEM, high-resolution aberration corrected HAADF and ADF STEM, EDX and EELS analysis, high resolution SEM and FIB.
Daily maintenance of electron microscopes and equipment for specimen preparation as well as training, consulting and support of TEM and SEM users.
