Research Interests:
My research centers on the interaction between organic carbon and iron minerals, especially in soils experiencing redox changes in sub-Arctic regions. I utilize a variety of techniques, including infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, chemical extractions of organic compounds, iron, and phosphate, as well as X-ray absorption spectroscopy.
