In the morning and in the afternoon, there is a direct bus connection between Potsdam main station (bus platform 7) and the GFZ campus. A timetable can be found here.

Berlin has two airports with international connections: Berlin Tegel and Berlin Schönefeld. The airports are well integrated in the public transport system and you can easily approach the city of Potsdam in less than one hour following the 3 steps described below:
