The Swarm Project Office (Sep/2009-Dec/2014) has provided information about the Swarm mission and its wide application spectrum. It has acted as an interface of DLR to ESA and the main contractor Astrium. The Project Office has supported the scientific and technical use of the expected results at German companies and research institutions in a related Swarm concept for data usage (in German language only).
The Swarm Project Office at GFZ was sponsored by the Federal Republic of Germany, Initiator: German Space Agency of the German Aerospace Center through funds of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology based on a decision of the German Federal Parliament (FKZ 50EE0916).
